We have now uploaded lexemes of the above described Kurdish varieties to a Wikibase instance <https://kurdi.wikibase.cloud>, using `ku-arab` / `ku-latn` in all cases, while the above listed variety codes are used in the source. When transferring that data to Wikidata, we would like to use the corresponding variety code.
