Indeed! I have noticed the issue this morning when the MediaWiki core Doxygen job started failing T333294 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T333294> . The root cause is the Unix user uid has been changed over night while files on the filesystem had not been updated. I have asked Jenkins to rebuild https://integration.wikimedia.org/ci/job/Wikibase-phpmetrics-docker/ which passed.
