Iniquity created this task.
Iniquity added projects: All-and-every-Wiktionary, ArticlePlaceholder.
Restricted Application added a subscriber: Aklapper.

TASK DESCRIPTION
**Feature summary** (what you would like to be able to do and where):
Wiktionary becomes more and more outdated every year, because automatic
dictionaries, dictionaries with machine-readable data, and so on are developing
more and more.

It seems to me that the best future for Wiktionary is full integration with
Wikidata, with a simplified ability to edit this data from Wiktionary and add
some comments or quotes directly in the project.

The first step in realizing this could be to create ArticlePlaceholder
version for Wiktionary.

**Use case(s)** (list the steps that you performed to discover that problem,
and describe the actual underlying problem which you want to solve. Do not
describe only a solution):
I want to see all possible properties of a word in a certain language and its
translations in other languages. I want to quickly edit if there is a mistake
somewhere.

**Benefits** (why should this be implemented?):
Readers receive related information about all available words on Wikidata.
Editors receive a simplified draft for editing, or a ready-made article in
which something can be changed.
