to the server specified by the deployer on IRC (see:

2. Make a request to:
https://www.wikidata.org/w/api.php?action=query&list=wbsubscribers&wblsentities=L1-S1
3. The response object should no longer include `subscribers` and
`wbsubscribers` includes the result (See: T300458
