https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/tag/wikidata/ currently has 7 tickets (open or closed) <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/maniphest/query/rvLkaVUPPv8D/#R> with a https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/tag/technical-debt/ tag. That number sounds small enough enough to make Wikidata just use https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/tag/technical-debt/ a bit more often and also cover time bomb issues by it?
