I suggest that we run this long running test in an environment that where we have shared access. Martyn (per the email to you and nik) will be the point person looking at the RWStore, but this could easily be a failure triggered by back rollback code. Please send the Java code for your extension. This should not impact the rollback semantics, but we will need the class in order to open the namespace as a triple store. The DumpJournal is a read-only utility. It needs exclusive access so the journal can not be online when running this utility. The -pages option will force a full scan of all indices. That will tell us if there are any problems reading on the indices. I suggest a hangout to talk this through.
