My assumption is that we use "truthy" only P31 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/P31> to identify what is a scholarly article and what not. For counting the related "number of triples that would be moved out", we will need to use everything there is (not limited to e.g. truthy statements). More explanations about the different URL paths would still be helpful!
