  It seems that `pageview_actor` may not be a suitable candidate after all. 
Pageviews seem to exclude edits: 
  
https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Research:Page_view#Are_edits_considered_pageviews?
  
  Also you are explicitly filering for `is_pageview = True`
  
  > wmf_raw.mediawiki_private_cu_changes
  
  This table populates only edits, which is what we want. The colums include 
revision ids which we can e.g. connect with `revision_tags` (to get almost 
perfect information about what UI was used).
  
  Suggested action for after our vacation:
  
  - Consult Wikidata developers and WMF anaytics: "Our goal here is to identify 
edits in the webrequest table or similar tables (e.g. based on the uri_query). 
From our first unsuspecting approach we are getting very different numbers 
compared to the actual number of edits. Do you have any ideas?"
