The `agent_type` field currently can take 3 values: `spider`, `automated` and `user`. The `spider` one is used when user-agents self define themselves as bots, the `automated` one is used when we heuristically define the traffic as being automatically generated (big volume), and the rest falls under the `user` value. There indeed still is some non-user traffic being flagged as `user`.
