Thompsonbry.systap added a comment. Not sure. There is really no reliable way to carry the database forward from an error like the one that triggered originally. This might be something we didn't think through in the utility to unblock the journal. Or it might be bad data in the indices from the original problem.
We should focus on a test to reproduce this problem and a fix. Probable root cause remains that drop namespace operation.
