TASK DESCRIPTION There are quite a number of items/topics where the label could be (mostly) language neutral, for example a natural person or a number. For these instances, it would be helpful to also allow a language neutral label, which would be the default label unless something else is defined in a language. That way the search queries look much more logical. The same would be accomplished by automatically adding the same label in all languages available, but that would be a nasty workaround.
