TASK DESCRIPTION
It might be interesting to have a documented list of public SPARQL endpoints
that serve wikidata and document them:
- might help to promote the work done on a triple store and gather feedback
useful to its development (e.g. qlever, milleniumdb)
- might help some WDQS users hitting query timeouts
- might possibly cover usecases where federation is not possible
AC:
- search for all known publicly available endpoints
- contact their owner and get more information on the service
- whether they're OK to be documented from a wikidata.org page and thus
start receiving some traffic
- expected update rate (how often are they planning to the dataset)
- are they interested in getting feedback and if yes how
