@bking, this change is causing Puppet failures for miscweb1003 because of the
existence of duplicate blackbox checks.

Error: Evaluation Error: Error while evaluating a Resource Statement, Duplicate
declaration: Prometheus::Blackbox::Check::Http[query.wikidata.org] is already
