There’s some sort of matrix between the two wikis (wikidatawiki, testwikidatawiki), three clusters (staging, eqiad, codfw), and three files (`values.yaml`, `values-staging.yaml`, `values-test.yaml`), and I don’t really understand how they match up. But anyway, @Jdforrester-WMF might have found the fix already, pointing at cxserver: Force 127.0.0.1 instead of localhost <https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/operations/deployment-charts/+/975740>.
