TASK DESCRIPTION This ticket is to add the language code for the representations of lexemes and forms in Rohingya using the Arabic script. (The language using the Hanifi script was added in T272442 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T272442>.) Given that there are now 108 Wikidata lexemes in Rohingya and (on the strength of the resources @mrephabricator and I have access to) the potential for somewhere close to 6,000 lexemes in that language to exist, it would be beneficial to switch away from the private-use code 'rhg-x-Q118298835' currently in use for Arabic script representations. (This request for this specific script subtag, like the previous request, is intended to allow for a future request for the Latin script subtag when desired by those more interested in it.)
