For category redirects we would solve it via T97577: [Story] Magic Word __EXPECTED_UNCONNECTED_PAGE__ to exclude pages from Special:UnconnectedPages <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T97577>. But for AFD log a suggestion is introducing a new page like MediaWiki:Wikibase-unconnected-pages-excluded-regexes which lists regexes for pages that should be removed from unconnectedpages.
