TASK DESCRIPTION LinkInjectionHookHandlers deals with injecting link info into the ParserOutput. SidebarHookHandlers deals with transferring links info from ParserOutput to OutputPage, and injecting hooks from the OutputPage into the skin output. These two tasks are closely related, and the knowledge about which info is encoded how in ParserOutput and OutputPage should be centralized in a single class.
