After a talk with Nicolas regarding disambiguation , this is a redundant
feature for banners as the functionality is implemented using
{{Template:Other_uses}} and {{Template:disamb}} on english wikivoyage. For
example see https://en.wikivoyage.org/wiki/Sydney. Therefore this does not
directly fall under the scope of banners and hence closing.
