TASK DESCRIPTION
Sometimes it is necessary to get a link to the linked item in a statement.
The link should use the sitelink for the linkage, possibly resolved locally,
and the label for the link text.
I would prefer that the parser function just pops the option from the
arguments as necessary and continue prosessing of the remaining arguments, that
is the option is unnamed and can take any position.
