TASK DESCRIPTION
The `{{#property:…}}` parser function should only increase the parser's
restricted function limit once per entity, instead of doing it once per usage.
This is probably better given that loading the entity is quite heavy, while
getting another statement from an already loaded entity isn't a problem.
