TASK DESCRIPTION wgWikiBasePropertyConfig['bannerImage'] sounds like it should be the config variable for WikidataPageBanners, but it's not (that's wgWPBBannerProperty). It should be renamed to just 'image' (or something else) to avoid confusion. It would also be worth looking into whether or not these two config variables could be consolidated. If the experimental Infobox stuff is going to be removed from MobileFrontend anyway, you can disregard this and just delete wgWikiBasePropertyConfig when the time comes.
