TASK DESCRIPTION
In my watchlist in the Hebrew Wikipedia I see edit summaries such as `
(<‏wbcreateclaim-create:1|: Property:P106: Q639669>)`. The corresponding entry
in wikidata.org says `‎Created claim: occupation (P106): musician (Q639669)`
(see
https://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?title=Q12410459&action=history&uselang=en
).

In Hebrew this looks especially ugly, because the RTL direction breaks the <
and > characters and a bunch of other things in the appearance, but it's not
supposed to happen in the first place, because a corresponding message seems to
be translated, so it's just supposed to appear.

(Strangely, when I tried to reproduce this in English and Czech Wikipedias, I
couldn't see Wikidata entries in my watchlist at all, but that's probably a
different issue.)
