TASK DESCRIPTION We want to give users a better experience when browsing Wikidata. One way to achieve that is giving them a little hint about what is behind a link to another item or property so they can see the content at a glance without having to open the entity. This is especially useful for Wikidata because most of the time it is enough to see a picture, the label and description of the target to determine if it is the correct one. In order to do this we will take Hovercards out of beta features mode on Wikidata.
