I think a few terms need to be corrected. Looking at the Wikidata Sandbox,
which currently contains the numeric value 724.920±0.001
This is rendered in JSON as

If I remember correctly, "before" and "after" are for dates, not quantities.
(Dates are a horrible mess, but that's a topic for a different place.)
