TASK DESCRIPTION In order for the [[https://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:PagesWithBadges|Special:PagesWithBadges]] (from T72209) to replace the old template system completely, we need a way to filter the list by wiki, in addition to the "badge" filter.
