TASK DESCRIPTION
We load an entity (either from cache, if available, or from database) when
rendering the term box ("other languages") on page view.
on my wiki, I noticed the database queries when viewing a random item, since
random item is most likely not in my cache.
all we want from the entity here is the fingerprint. The fingerprint could
go into parser output as extension data... maybe in json serialized form? or
such.
