TASK DESCRIPTION Right now one IP is bombarding the service with long-running queries to the point that nobody else can use it. Is it possible to block that IP from query.wikidata.org (it's on misc varnish), at least temporarily? We probably need per-IP throttling more long term but right now I'd like to restore the service functionality. Please ping me on IRC or email for the IP and other details that are needed, don't want to publish it in public media.
