TASK DESCRIPTION We currently always load the full entity in wbgetentities, even if the API is called with `props=`. This is being used to get the item ids for certain Wikipedia pages, for example https://www.wikidata.org/w/api.php?action=wbgetentities&sites=enwiki&titles=Cat|Dog&props=. This doesn't seem high priority to me, as it seems to happen rarely (but maybe many don't know they can save resources by using `props=` when they only need the ids.
