TASK DESCRIPTION The sites table on at least beta's wikidatawiki (but probably all wikis) is heavily outdated and incomplete, making it impossible to for example link ruwiki. Sitelinks set via beta wikidata don't appear on beta's clients (I tested that for beta dewiki and enwiki: http://wikidata.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Q81559 http://de.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Berlin http://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Berlin).
