TASK DESCRIPTION Currently, sisterproject links are sorted the way first go multilingual and then language domains by alphabet. There should be a way to set up the order of such links (eg. Wikipedia is now at the bottom of list while it's typically linked as the very first on sister projects) as well as which sisterprojects will be shown (for instance it does not have any sense to show [[mw:Category:Candidates for speedy deletion]] on any language sister project, basically just on Meta (if even). This should be settable at least for the entire site, better would be per namespace (ie. Help namespace could make sense to link to [[mw:]] while main namespace obviously not), yet better per page.
