TASK DESCRIPTION Currently WPBNamespace config defaults to main namespace. Practice shows this is the wrong option as it is always added to. Let's enable all namespaces by default (true value) In addition to this when a banner is attempted to be used on a namespace where it is not supported please print an error to avoid confusion.
