TASK DESCRIPTION
When creating a new item on Wikidata, there a box for adding Wikipedia links.
That box starts by asking for "site".

As far as it's concered `https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Condyle_of_humerus`
isn't a site. I don't see a reason why Wikidata shouldn't accept this as valid
input and format the data accordingly.

Furthermore it would help if there was a dropbox menu listing the valid
choices when selecting the "site"-field. If there would be a dropdown menu
with:
  "en"
  "de"
  "fr"
I would directly understand what kind of data the feature wants from me.

The hovertext over the "?" could also tell the user that he's supposed to
specify the site by giving it's language code,
