@JanZerebecki: could you add some more context to this task? It looks like something that should be in my backlog, but I'm not entirely sure of what needs doing. Looking at the prod nodes (wdqs1001 / wdqs1002), I see that all files are owned by root (as they should). Prod deployments are done from tin, and should not require root access (last deployment I did was without using my sudo powers and went fine). Let me know if there is actually something requiring my attention...
