TASK DESCRIPTION
I looked at the example of "Acute Laryngitis". Medically "Acute Laryngitis is
a subset of "Laryngitis".
The English Wikipedia doesn't have a specific page for "Acute Laryngitis" but
explains everything on the page for "Laryngitis". The page for "Acute
Laryngitis" is a redirect to "Laryngitis".

On the other hand the Italian Wikipedia has a page for "Acute Laryngitis"
(Laringite acuta) as does Wikidata (Q3827083).

I tried to enter add a link to the page to the redirect page "Acute
Laryngitis" on Wikidata but Wikidata doesn't allow me to do so. I don't think
there's a good case for forbidding me to add the link. A person who browser the
"Laringite acuta" would benefit from being able to click on the link and go to
the page on the English Wikipedia that deal with "Acute Laryngitis" even if
it's not only focused on "Acute Laryngitis" but covers all forms.
