TASK DESCRIPTION When searching for a topic that is not covered on the Wikipedia but has information on Wikidata the items should show up in the search results and link to the ArticlePlaceholder for them. This is not working on the 4 Wikipedias we rolled out to. It did work on the test system. Possible reason: The test system had repo and client in one.
