The correct solution for this problem is clear if we separate the concept of
Wikipedia articles from Wikidata items.
Then from the English Wikipedia page for [[potato]], for example, we would
expect to see in the "other languages" section:

Potato (plant)
French
Yoruba
...
Potato (food)
Italian
Swahili
....
