https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Angus_and_Robertson is redirected to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Angus_%26_Robertson but https://www.wikidata.org/w/api.php?action=""> fails to find this redirection : any chance this could get fixed or is there something blocking the redirection resolution?
