When a user U, on the page for the QA item, adds/modifies/removes a statement with a symmetrical property P...

QA <P> QB

... its symmetrical statement (QB <P> QA) should be automatically added/modified/removed in the same way by Wikidata on the page for the QB item, and this/these edit(s) be also attributed to U.
