"Complete" and "up to date" in comparison to what? Just to the source code? Isn't this something we must do all the time? Doesn't this mean this ticket will never be resolved, because we will never stop changing our source code? Or, in other words: Please make the description of this task more specific so it is possible to work on this and resolve it within a sprint.
