Here is the first version of the manual and I will need some feedback for improvement. There is a PDF version of the manual too that you can download from the link above. Also, I will transfer the next version of the manual to mediawiki according to a discussion I have with @hoo. People like the wiki pages but other comments about where I should put the manual is also welcomed. Thanks
