We need a name for the page that has a similar behaviour as Special:AllPages but displays the placeholders that fulfil a certain notability criteria.We need a name for the page that has a similar behaviour as Special:AllPages but displays the placeholders that fulfil a certain notability criteria.

Suggestions so far:
* ~~Special:MissingArticles~~ (note that we are discouraged from using the term "article")
* ~~Special:MissingTopics~~ (sounds like requested by users, other special pages use "wanted")
* Special:NotablePlaceholders
* Special:NotableTopics
* ~~Special:PotentiallyInterestingTopicsYouCouldWriteAbout~~
* Special:SuggestedTopics (suggested by whom?)
* Special:WantedTopics (note that there is already [Special:WantedPages](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:WantedPages))
