TASK DESCRIPTION

The InterwikiSorting extension contains code refactored / split out of Wikibase. In Wikibase, there is a setting to disable Wikibase Client features in some namespaces, which also disabled sorting.

I think the main purpose of the setting in Wikibase though was to not have the "Add links" and other stuff for namespaces, such as user pages, and not necessarily to disable sorting.

With the sorting code split, do we still want such a setting to disable sorting for some namespaces?
