@Nikki Thanks for the query, I have completed the missing information and now it should return only one result - the sandbox item.
There are languages variants that do not have any code, so it is more practical to use an item than to hard-code them into the system. Besides sometimes it is just a matter of a couple of uses, there is no need to create a code for each of the 6k+ languages in the world plus all the varieties when we can just require the corresponding item. If an item would be used more frequently, then we could migrate it eventually to its code. That is more flexible that starting with a fixed list.
