TASK DESCRIPTION

Apihelp-wbmergeitems-param-ignoreconflicts needs some polish. Specifically:

  • It uses "and or", which doesn't sound grammatical. It should probably just "or", or whatever is correct.
  • It may need <var> around sitelink.

I'll submit a patch; please correct as needed.
