TASK DESCRIPTION
It would be useful, for the users of [[Module:EditAtWikidata]], to have a way to link directly to the wikidata editor. Given a Q and a P, it should redirect to the interface allowing the user to add a new property (if P does not exist yet) or to add a new value for P (if it exists).
