TASK DESCRIPTION

Annoying usability issue: when adding a new cross-wiki link, either at Wikidata or in the add link wizard, it is painfully annoying that typing "ru" (or many other codes) in the site chooser brings up "Runa simi (qu)" language. I am pretty sure that most of the people who use that field know the language codes they want to add. I think the autocomplete list should should first show the exact match if available, and only then others. So entering "zh" shouldn't show "zh_min_nan" as the selection, but instead first show the full match "zh", followed by the partial matches.
