TASK DESCRIPTION

wikibase-validator-illegal-tabular-data-title should have markup around "Data:" and ".tab", e.g. <code>. Having the ‹:› and the ‹.› characters there makes it problematic for displaying in RTL languages. Putting these strings into HTML will allow setting explicit RTL direction.
