TASK DESCRIPTION
When starting TailPoller, it starts before we have indexed enough data to detect duplicates, and so it considers everything that happened back then a new change, since the main poller haven't read any changes yet.
OTOH, if we don't do that, we may lose some updates when we restart the poller. Maybe having some extra updates is better.
