TASK DESCRIPTION

At the time of writing, https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q23015723 has two values for P496 (ORCID iD). One is ranked as "preferred", the other "deprecated", but the deprecated item is listed first.

The order in which multiple values for a property are listed should be first "preferred", then "normal", and finally "deprecated".

Where the ranks are equal, values with references should be listed before those without.
