TASK DESCRIPTION
LexemeFormIds will act as identifiers for LexemForm entities. LexemeFormId implements HierarchicalEntityId, so it can be used with the transparent storage mechanism for sub-entities as described by T165328. LexemeFormId::getParentId() will return an LexemeId of the Lexeme containing the Form, for addressing.
